The Barbados 4-H Foundation hosted a Leaders’ Knowledge-Sharing Session on Friday, August 21, 2026, providing an opportunity for 4-H Leaders to engage, learn, and share ideas with Ms. Gita Dattoo, former Trinidadian 4-H President. Ms. Dattoo generously shared her knowledge and experience from within the 4-H movement, offering valuable insights and perspectives to support the continued development of our Leaders.

The session highlighted the importance of knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning in strengthening leadership and supporting the work of 4-H Leaders as they engage and inspire young people.

The Barbados 4-H Foundation extends its appreciation to Ms. Gita Dattoo for sharing her experience and to all the Leaders who participated in this valuable learning opportunity.
