The Barbados 4-H Foundation hosted its 2025 Induction Ceremony on Saturday, 15th November 2025 at the Springer Memorial School Auditorium, bringing together members from several 4-H clubs for an important occasion in their 4-H journey.

The ceremony formally welcomed members who had not previously participated in a 4-H induction, including members from recently established clubs. Several clubs participated in the induction ceremony: Sharon Primary, CP Clovers, Green Thumbs of Grazettes Primary, St. George Lions, Wilkie Cumberbatch Primary and Springer Eagles.

The ceremony provided an opportunity to officially welcome members into the 4-H movement while reinforcing the values and sense of belonging that form an important part of the organisation.

Through activities such as the Induction Ceremony, the Barbados 4-H Foundation continues to strengthen its clubs and encourage young people to become active participants in the 4-H experience as they work together “To Make the Best Better.”
